How the monthly limit works
Your limit counts the amount of every paid order this calendar month, in Indian Standard Time. It does not count the extra paise that make each order's payable amount unique, expired orders, or your own UPINOW subscription payment.
At 80% of your limit you get a banner in the dashboard and one email. At the limit, new payment links stop in the dashboard, the API and the embed. Links you already shared keep confirming payments, and payment detection never stops.
The check is on what you have collected so far, so an order that is still under the limit goes through even if it is a large one. Your limit resets on the 1st of the month, in Indian Standard Time.
How you pay for UPINOW
You pay UPINOW by UPI, from any UPI app. A monthly plan is prepaid for 30 days and a yearly plan for 365 days. There are no cards and no auto-debit.
An upgrade takes effect right away: the value of the days left on your current plan becomes extra days on the new plan. You cannot move down to a lower plan while your current plan is live; that option becomes available once it ends.
We remind you 5 days and 1 day before your plan ends, then give you 3 days of grace. If you still have not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your longer history is kept for 12 months before it drops to Free's 30 days.
Bank charges
UPINOW charges 0% per transaction and adds nothing on top of UPI. Any charge your bank or UPI app applies is between you and them.
