Creating your account
Sign up with these fields, or use "Sign up with Google" to skip the password:
- Your name
- Business name
- WhatsApp number
- Password
If we ask you to confirm your email, open the link we send to that address before you sign in.
Settings pages
Every settings page lives under Settings in the app.
Business
Business name, brand name, an optional GSTIN, your logo and favicon. Only the owner or an admin can change these. Your brand name and logo show to customers on your pay page.
Payment account
Your UPI ID, alert sender and extra alert emails. See Your UPI ID and Connect your Gmail alerts.
Profile
Your name and WhatsApp number, changing your email, and changing your password. A new email only takes effect once you open the confirmation link we send to it. Changing your password needs your current password. If you signed up with Google, there is no password yet: use the link there to email yourself one.
Notifications
Usage alerts and plan reminders can be turned off. You get one usage alert a month: at 80% of your plan's monthly limit, or when you reach it, whichever happens first (if you jump straight past 80% to the limit in one payment, you only get the at-the-limit email). Invoices and "plan active" emails always send. "Play a sound when a payment arrives" is a per person setting, with a "Play test sound" button to try it.
Danger zone
Owner only. "Download export (.zip)" gives you a zip with orders.csv, payments.csv, invoices.csv and README.txt; you can run it once a minute. Typing DELETE and confirming closes your payment links, stops the API from accepting orders, and stops UPINOW reading your Gmail alerts. You then have 7 days to change your mind by signing in again. After that, your orders, payments, API keys, Gmail connection and login are deleted for good; invoices you paid UPINOW are kept as tax records. Your plan ends with the account and unused days are not refunded.
